Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes at the front desk
- Provide professional hair styling services tailored to client preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon or spa area
- Promote and upsell retail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using the front desk system
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations
- Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and usage
- Support team members in maintaining a positive, organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles preferred
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation protocols is a plus
