Spa Receptionist Job Description:
We are a small team of receptionists operating with two - three receptionists at a time.
Duties include: greeting clients and checking them in for their service, directing clients to the appropriate waiting areas, offering complimentary water and our bar menu, booking clients using the Booker Software via phone, email, online booking. Cash-outs using POS system, giftcards and Wayspa, providing insurance receipts for RMT massage (no direct-billing), encouraging sales, and help keeping our space clean and tidy.
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for the daily flow of our schedule and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Great communication skills (Fluent in English)
- Great Hospitality skills
- Background in Spa industry
- Great at Retail & Customer Sales
- Smart-served or able to obtain smart serve
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Email Skills
- Fast learner
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-player- Leadership
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in sales
- Worked with Booker (Mind & Body) / Millennium Program/ or other booking software
