We are looking for a strong, experienced receptionist who is familiar with clinical environments and has previous experience working in an aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be confident communicating with clients, and be able to professionally explain treatments and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and providing a professional, friendly experience
- Managing client communication and building strong relationships
- Following up with leads and converting inquiries into bookings
- Answering advertising messages and client inquiries quickly and professionally
- Explaining treatments clearly and confidently to clients
- Creating promotional content using Canva (photos, videos, and marketing materials)
- Experience with CapCut and video editing
- Filming treatment videos and clinic content for social media
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn/use clinic software and systems quickly
- Handling daily administrative tasks efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service, including handling client concerns professionally
- Being available to respond to some client messages from home when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an aesthetic/medical clinic environment
- Experience working with medical directors or clinical teams is an asset
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Fast learner, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with social media content creation
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
This is a full-time position (5 days per week) and requires being present at the clinic.
