Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas according to health and safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items in compliance with safety protocols
- Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation is advantageous
- Previous experience with food service or hospitality roles is a plus but not mandatory
