As a Server at Joy Cafe & Bistro, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering food and beverages to tables with care and attention to detail.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering guest questions.
- Ensuring tables are clean and set for the next guests.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Handling payments and processing transactions.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 2 year of experience as a server or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
