Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a professional collision repair environment.
- Education: A Journeyman Certificate is highly attractive and will be reflected in compensation.
- Core Skills: Good knowledge of painting cars.
- Tools: Must have your own basic set of tools (specialized shop equipment provided).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to meet production deadlines without sacrificing quality.
