Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman/woman to lead and oversee our landscape maintenance activities.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of horticulture, and the ability to supervise a team effectively. In this role, you will manage diverse landscape projects while ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
Duties
- Leading and managing a crew of 3-4 on daily lawn and landscape maintenance tasks.
- Performing hands-on work: mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, raking, edging, and general clean-up.
- Safely operating and driving company truck/trailer setups to transport equipment.
- Keeping your sites clean, safe, and on schedule.
- Communicating with clients and supervisors to ensure work meets expectations.
- Motivating your team, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running smoothly.
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance and installation tasks, including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing.
- Lead a team of crew members, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials used, and crew performance.
- Proven experience in supervising landscape or construction crews with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
- Ability to motivate team members and foster a positive work environment.
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
