About the project
Alimia is a Canadian chip brand launching soon. We have a strong direction already and need a designer to finalize our packaging so it looks modern, Gen Z, and shelf-stopping while staying clean and premium.
This is a one-time project (with potential for future design work if it’s a great fit).
What you’ll do
- Take our current packaging draft and refine the front + back for production
- Improve layout/typography and create a clear hierarchy (bold, clean, eye-catching)
- Ensure packaging is print-ready (dielines, bleed, safe zones, correct export settings)
- Prepare final files for our printer/co-packer
Deliverables
- Print-ready packaging files
- Final exports in: AI + PDF (print) + SVG + PNG previews
- Organized file with layers (separate layers for dieline, text, graphics)
Requirements
- Strong portfolio in CPG packaging (food/snacks preferred)
- Comfortable working in Adobe Illustrator
- Good typography/layout instincts
- Understands print production basics (CMYK, bleed, outlines, embedding images)
Nice to have
- Experience with bold modern snack brands / Gen Z aesthetic
- Ability to work fast with clear feedback
Pay
