Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient examinations, diagnose medical conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Manage acute care cases, including urgent health issues requiring immediate attention.
- Provide pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient care with a focus on preventive medicine.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and oversee pain management strategies.
- Collect and analyze patient data to inform clinical decisions and improve treatment outcomes.
- Document patient interactions accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner.
- Coordinate home care services and follow-up treatments as needed.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with specialists for complex cases requiring additional expertise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, research developments, and best practices in primary care.
Experience
- Prior hospital experience is preferred, especially in acute care settings.
- Demonstrated experience in research or clinical studies is a plus.
- Proven background in managing diverse patient populations across different age groups, including pediatrics.
- Experience with medical office procedures, data collection, and medication administration is essential.
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner is highly desirable.
- Previous work in home care or outpatient clinics will be advantageous.
