We are looking for hardworking individuals with prior pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience who can work independently, communicate professionally with clients, and represent the company well on-site.
Responsibilities
- Perform pressure washing and soft washing services on residential and commercial properties
- Clean driveways, sidewalks, decks, fences, siding, storefronts, dumpsters, and parking areas
- Operate pressure washers, surface cleaners, hoses, ladders, and related equipment safely
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Load/unload equipment and maintain clean work vehicles and trailers
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols on every job site
Requirements
- Prior experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, landscaping, construction, or related labour work
- Must have full-time access to a reliable vehicle
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working long shifts
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using commercial pressure washing equipment
- Experience with window cleaning or gutter cleaning
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of exterior cleaning chemicals and techniques
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
