We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Associate to help accelerate our growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and generating qualified sales opportunities for our team.

What You'll Do
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and relationship building. You will serve as the first point of contact for many prospective customers and play a critical role in driving company growth.
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct 100–120 outbound cold calls per day to prospective customers and decision-makers.
- Research and identify new prospects across target industries including construction, property management, industrial operations, retail, and commercial businesses.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up activities.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Utilize Odoo CRM to manage leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect communications.
- Track sales activities and pipeline progression to ensure opportunities are properly managed.
- Update customer information, notes, and next steps within Odoo CRM.
- Generate activity reports and maintain data integrity within the system.
Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through the sales process.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Sales & Business Growth
- Consistently meet and exceed activity, lead generation, and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
- Support the development and execution of sales campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in business development, inside sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making 100–120 outbound calls daily.
- Experience using CRM software (Odoo CRM experience is an asset).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional phone presence.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
- Experience in the security, technology, telecommunications, construction, or related industries.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern prospecting tools.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and sales pipeline management.

Pay: $53,000.00-$103,000.00 per year
