We are looking for competent, experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our crushing operations.
Schedule: 14 on / 7 off — current standard
Iron that you will work with:
- Full Cat Support Fleet (loaders, dozers, excavators, etc.)
- Supporting Cedarapids crushing spreads (MVP380 & 45II Cones, Jaw Plants, Screens)
What we provide:
- LOA
- $60/day when hotel supplied
- $120/day if you bring your own accommodations

What we need:
- Valid driver's license and any required equipment certifications/tickets
- Real heavy equipment operating experience (loaders, dozers, excavators — aggregate/crushing environment an asset)
- Mechanical awareness — know your equipment and report issues early
- Strong safety mindset
- Ability to work as part of a crushing team
- Drug & alcohol testing, driver's abstract, etc.
