Under the general direction of the Food and Beverage Lead & F&B Manager, this position will be responsible for providing food and beverage service with an upbeat and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Provides exceptional customer service to guests in an upbeat, positive and professional manner;

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items available;

Takes food and beverage orders from guests in a friendly manner and provides recommendations to guests on special menu;

Delivers food and beverage items to guests from the bar and kitchen in a prompt manner;
-
Restocks, cleans and organizes all related work equipment and areas;
-
Processes all cash and credit card transactions utilizing the P.O.S. system;
-
Ensures accurate cash handling and balancing of sales and/or cash float at the end of the shift;
-
Clears dirty dishes, empty glassware and cleans tables properly;
-
Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations;
-
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualification Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent working experience;
-
Minimum one (1) year of serving experience in a high-volume establishment;

Bartending experience - an asset
-
Willing to obtain & maintain Serving it Right Certification, and Gaming worker registration
