Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management
- Engage in B2B sales efforts, presenting products and solutions tailored to client needs
- Assist with marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Negotiate terms and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support technical sales processes by understanding product features and benefits
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding market presence
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student with a strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development
- Experience or familiarity with outside sales, B2B sales, or account management is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess market data and customer needs
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
