About the Role
We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Attic Insulation Sales Representatives. No prior sales experience is required—we provide full training.
In this role, you will meet with homeowners, educate them on the benefits of proper attic insulation, and help them reduce energy costs while improving comfort in their homes. This is a great opportunity to break into sales and build a high-income career with unlimited growth potential.
This is a full-time independent contractor position with a commission-only pay structure. You will be working face to face and door to door speaking to residential home owners. Sales Representatives will be offering home owners a free attic assessment to determine if their home is in need of additional insulation
Attic insulation is a material barrier added to the top of a home—usually on the floor of the attic—to resist heat flow. It keeps warm air inside during winter and blocks heat from entering in summer, significantly improving energy efficiency, lowering energy bills by an estimated 10-50%. RPM@ Home Team provides customer with attic top ups of insulation performed by our service technicians (not part of this role)
What You’ll Do
- Meet homeowners through door-to-door outreach and company-provided leads
- Introduce attic insulation solutions and explain energy-saving benefits
- Conduct basic attic checks (training provided)
- Book in-home consultations
- Follow up with interested homeowners to secure deals
- Track daily activity (leads, appointments, sales)
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license is an asset but not required
Compensation Structure
100% Commissions plus bonuses
Per Sale Commission:
· $250 – $350+ per attic insulation install project
Performance Bonuses:
· Weekly Bonuses: $300 – $800+
