Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across 3-6 residential properties. The ideal candidate will ensure a spotless environment, providing a comfortable and welcoming space. Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and sanitize surfaces to meet cleanliness standards
- Laundry, including washing, drying, folding towels
- Change linens and make beds
- Cleaning windows, interior and exterior fixtures
- Cleaning outdoor areas, including BBQs and outdoor seating areas
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and products as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment when required
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with clients and team members
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within designated timeframes
- Flexible availability, including the ability to adjust schedule based on property needs and turnovers
- Good communication skills and a professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow checklists or cleaning standards
- Takes pride in maintaining spaces to a high, guest-ready standard
- Ability to handle physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving objects as needed
- Punctual and reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness without supervision
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
