Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precise measurement tools such as calipers.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and defect rates to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in implementing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Support QA/QC procedures by documenting inspection results accurately and maintaining detailed records for traceability.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively, providing feedback for process improvements.
- Participate in calibration of measurement instruments and ensure proper functioning of testing equipment.
- Contribute to ongoing quality assurance initiatives aimed at enhancing product consistency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or strong interest in Quality Management, Manufacturing, or Quality Control is preferred.
- Knowledge of Quality Inspection techniques and familiarity with QA/QC processes.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify root causes of issues.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and other inspection instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective reporting and documentation purposes.
