Custom Structures Coordinator

Maybe you're a construction coordinator, site supervisor, foreman, lead hand, fabricator, installer, or someone who has spent years working around custom construction and manufacturing projects. You understand how plans become reality, how contractors think, and how to keep projects moving when unexpected challenges arise.

What You'll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you will help guide projects from initial order through manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
You'll work closely with customers, contractors, architects, suppliers, installers, and our internal production team to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and move forward.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate multiple custom projects simultaneously.
- Review drawings, plans, and project specifications.
- Communicate with customers regarding project requirements and timelines.
- Assist customers with site preparation requirements, including framing and foundation considerations.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and installers.
- Support manufacturing scheduling and project logistics.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues before they become problems.
- Help ensure projects are completed to BC Greenhouse Builders' quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communication records.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
What Will Make You Successful
You don't need a PMP designation.
You do need practical experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt when plans change.
The ideal candidate:
- Understands how construction projects come together in the real world.
- Can read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction plans.
- Understands framing, foundations, structural systems, and construction sequencing.
- Is comfortable coordinating multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Remains calm and solution-focused when challenges arise.
- Communicates professionally with customers, contractors, architects, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Takes ownership and follows projects through from start to finish.
- Understands both the details and the bigger picture.
- Enjoys helping customers bring complex projects to life.
Experience We Value

- Wood framing & concrete construction
- Project coordination

Additional assets include:
- Working directly with contractors and trades
- Structural steel experience
- Architectural or custom-building projects
- Construction estimating or project planning
- Customer-facing project experience

We're not looking for someone who manages projects from a spreadsheet.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
