Applicants should be friendly and outgoing, able to multitask and good at taking initiative. Must be comfortable being in control, seeing the whole picture and able to take initiative to work independently . Successful applicants are expected to be positive, helpful and flexible in all aspects of the job. Job includes standing for long hours outside, showing people where and how to pick different fruits and making sure that all customers are having a positive farm experience. Job starts early to mid June 2026
