About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll help coordinate the team, monitor store performance, and contribute to maintaining high service standards while supporting business objectives.

- Assist with supervising daily store operations and team activities.
- Support staff training, coaching, and onboarding.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and merchandise presentation.

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role.
