Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Care (RPN) to lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional patient and resident care within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of senior and assisted living care, and a passion for improving our residents' quality of life. This leadership role involves managing clinical operations, supervising care staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations across assisted living and nursing homes.
- Supervise nursing staff, care providers, and support personnel to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior care environments such as assisted living facilities.
- Supervisory experience managing healthcare teams in a clinical setting.
Pay: $33.00-$35.00 per hour
