We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will fulfill the hotel’s expectations of excellent customer service and uphold high standards of cleanliness in both public and back-of the-house areas.
This position will be full time and will consist of mainly PM shifts (2:30pm - 11pm) but may include day shifts (7am - 3:30pm) and must be available weekends.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide customer service and maintain all public space cleaning, including employee areas, office area and other duties as required.

Cleaning may include, but is not limited to; removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, buffing, cleaning carpets, washing windows scrubbing floors and ceilings, and sanitizing restrooms.

Follow established procedures and policies when completing tasks

Deliver housekeeping items (hair dryers, ironing boards, irons, etc.) to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Must possess excellent customer service skills and maintain professionalism at all times.

Must have a high level of attention to detail.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proven self-motivation, ability to work well with minimum supervision.
