In-Home Sales Representative (Home Improvement)
Expected earnings: $2,250-$4,500 per week, with WEEKLY Pay Every Friday

About the Opportunity

We are currently hiring 2-3 new team members as we continue to expand.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following:
- Curiosity about sales
- Wanting to have uncapped earnings
- Want to “get paid what they’re worth”
- Not be limited to hourly
- “Confident” and “likes to talk to people”
IF YOU'RE A “PEOPLE PERSON”, This is the job for you!
and/or
- Door-to-door sales experience (pest control, solar, alarms, telecommunications, etc.)
- General sales experience (fitness memberships, retail sales, fundraising, charity sales, customer-facing roles)
- Strong communication skills and a desire to build a long-term sales career
Many of our TOP Reps are 18-30 years old and are hungry to succeed…we provide the best training so you can achieve financial freedom and uncapped commissions.
Please Note: This is a door-to-door position establishing appointments for our closing team. D2D experience is not required however is considered a strong asset for this role.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners through D2D activity
- Conduct professional in-home consultations
- Set follow up In-Home appointments for the closing team to complete the sale
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build trust and rapport with prospective customers
- Follow company sales processes and systems
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities
- Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Compensation
- Expected earnings: $2,250-$4,500 per week
