Position Overview:
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind operating the floor to a best-in-class standard. This posting is for a currently existing vacancy. With a strong emphasis on floor presence, you will lead by example, actively engaging with guests and team members to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
In this role, you will support, standardize, and elevate day-to-day operations across all outlets, with a strong focus on training, systems, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Director in communicating and executing strategies across all teams

Key focus on service standards and guest experience
-
Develop & execute initial onboarding and training materials
-
Regular meaningful time on the floor for ongoing assessment, training & development

Manage loading dock/Receiver
-
Support the Ops team during service regularly, where needed

Attend venue-level meetings
Qualifications:

Willing to “do the work,” including nights, weekends, and time on the floor

Takes pride in developing others, not just managing tasks

Self-starter who leads by example and is energized by being on the floor during busy service

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the discipline to follow through consistently

Strong trainer and communicator who can earn trust across multiple teams and venues
