The Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Conveyancer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and facilitating smooth conveyancing processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic legal environment, supporting clients through complex property transfers and related legal procedures. The Conveyancer will play a key role in coordinating between clients, solicitors, and government agencies to ensure the timely and accurate completion of transactions.
Qualifications
- Manage purchase, sale, and refinance transactions from start to finish, including final
reporting
- Make initial contact with clients and maintain consistent communication throughout the file
- Order necessary documents, including payout statements, tax searches, strata forms and supporting materials
- Prepare and E-file land title and other documents using Goveyance, MyLTSA, TelusAssyst, LLC Login, and BC Online
- Draft legal correspondence and documentation
- Coordinate with clients and realtors to schedule signing appointments
- Arrange courier services for cheques and documents as required
- Be flexible with hours occasionally, when the need arises
What We are Looking For:
- 2–5 years of conveyancing experience in a legal office or related experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- A high standard for accuracy and professionalism
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
This position is integral to ensuring seamless property transactions while providing exceptional service to clients through meticulous attention to detail and expert legal knowledge.
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
