Position Overview
Bathurst Wellness is seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to join the team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a clinician who values quality care, strong patient relationships, and a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver physiotherapy care using a combination of exercise therapy, manual techniques, and functional rehabilitation
- Provide guidance on recovery, posture, pelvic health, and injury prevention
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients in a comfortable clinical setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain high professional standards in patient care and clinic practices
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Assets (Preferred)
- Interest or experience in pelvic health physiotherapy
- Experience in private practice settings
- Additional certifications (manual therapy, acupuncture, etc.)
