Port Hope Veterinary Emergency Clinic and Services is seeking a new Client Care Receptionist to join our team!
Our new emergency clinic and wellness hospital services all animals in need. We have a large modern facility with all amenities including in house lab, dental, emergency services, companion wellness appointments.
We strive to be a friendly relaxed workspace, where people are comfortable and appreciated for their contribution to our team.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm welcoming attitude and ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Greet and assist visitors
- Answer incoming calls
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain appointment calendars
- Provide information to clients
- Triaging patients
- Processing referrals
- Intake and discharge of patients
- Guiding clients through end of life appointments and aftercare wishes
