Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Mid–Senior Electrical Estimator to join our team and support a growing pipeline of commercial construction projects. This role is best suited for a highly independent and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and can efficiently convert bid opportunities into awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize multiple estimating opportunities simultaneously
- Prepare accurate material and labours takeoffs
- Review and interpret complete drawing packages and specifications
- Identify scope gaps, project risks, and potential cost impacts
- Coordinate and validate supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Assist with bid closing and final submissions
- Ensure smooth project handoff to the project management team
Qualifications & Experience Required
- 5–10+ years of electrical estimating experience
- Commercial construction estimating background required
- Experience managing projects ranging from $100K to $5M
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Accubid is required
- Experience using LiveCount or similar estimating software
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually
