This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping clients find the right insurance solutions for their needs.
- Generate new business through referrals, leads, and relationship building
- Assess client insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Compare quotes and coverage options from multiple insurance companies
- Assist clients with applications, renewals, policy changes, and inquiries
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM and brokerage systems
- Stay informed on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends

- Insurance, business, finance, or sales education
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, banking, retail, or hospitality
- A university degree in a related field, or a college diploma in Insurance from a Canadian post-secondary institution, or equivalent
Requirements
- Active RIBO license preferred but not required for entry-level applicants
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to build professional relationships and manage client interactions confidently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
