About the Opportunity
A federal government organization is seeking accomplished and forward-thinking executive leaders with lived experience in the federal public service, particularly individuals from underrepresented groups. As an Executive Leader, you will play a key role in shaping strategic direction, driving organizational excellence, and fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture. You will leverage your experience within the federal public service to guide decision-making, strengthen partnerships, and deliver impactful outcomes.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
1+ years of Leadership/coaching experience within the Federal Public Service
Experience with working with Senior Executives including C-suite employees at a level of Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM)
ICF Coaching Certificate is an asset
Reliability Clearance
Proficient in both English and French
About the Job
Multiyear contract – As needed
Salary Range: $100,000 to $300,000
