Responsibilities
- Perform facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing
- Conduct hair removal services such as waxing or threading
- Provide skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare regimens
- Perform body treatments like wraps or scrubs
- Educate clients on skincare maintenance and products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with front desk duties when needed
Skills
- Proficiency in skincare techniques and treatments
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience
- Knowledge of retail sales and upselling techniques
- Familiarity with hair styling is a plus
- Ability to maintain a sanitary work environment
