Underground Water & Sewer Foreman
We are looking for a strong Underground Water & Sewer Foreman to lead crews, manage production, and ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and efficiently.Responsibilities:
- Lead underground water and sewer crews on site
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily work plans
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, grades, and project documents
- Ensure work is completed according to project requirements and quality standards
- Maintain daily communication with project management and supervision
- Complete or support daily reports, safety documentation, FLHAs, toolbox meetings, and inspections
- Identify project issues early and communicate changes, delays, or extra work
- Maintain a safe, productive, and professional jobsite
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in underground water and sewer construction preferred
- Strong knowledge of water, storm, sanitary, manholes, valves, hydrants, trenching, bedding, and backfill
- Ability to lead crews and maintain production
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- CSTS, Ground Disturbance, WHMIS, First Aid, and Leadership for Safety Excellence considered assets
- Valid driver’s licence required
CompensationWages will be based on position, experience, qualifications, and ability to perform.Martushev Group is prepared to be competitive for experienced underground water and sewer workers. Candidates with strong production experience, leadership ability, safety tickets, and proven underground utility experience will be considered for top rates.
Final wage will be confirmed during the interview and offer process.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
