Counter Server – Fast Casual Restaurant (QSR Experience Required)

Position Overview:
As a Counter Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant — greeting guests, taking orders, preparing food, and keeping the service area running smoothly. If you’ve worked in a quick service restaurant (QSR) and love being part of a fast-paced, team-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Roll burritos, assemble burgers, and prepare menu items to company standards.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized service and prep area.
- Assist with restocking, cleaning, and closing duties as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Previous QSR or fast-casual restaurant experience required.
- Comfortable with rolling burritos, cooking burgers, and working on the line.
- Experience operating a POS system.
- Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
