We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers professionally and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively explain features and benefits to customers
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Assist with order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining organized displays
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking sales data, inventory levels, and customer information
- Perform basic maintenance of sales equipment and ensure the sales area remains clean and organized
Skills
- Proven experience in dealership sales, retail sales, or automotive repair is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and basic math skills for transaction accuracy
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales confidently
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base are advantageous
- Knowledge of CMMS systems, marketing strategies, and sales management practices is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and inventory management
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle cash handling accurately and professionally
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $38,400.00-$42,240.00 per year
