Job Summary
Integrity Tree Care Inc. is a family-owned and operated tree service company serving the Muskoka area for over 11 years. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Arborist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and caring for trees, shrubs, and other landscape elements to promote healthy growth and safety. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, utilizing specialized equipment, and applying horticultural expertise to ensure the health and aesthetic appeal of urban and suburban landscapes. The Arborist will play a vital role in landscape maintenance projects, tree pruning, removal, and planting, contributing to the safety and beauty of community environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
- Operate bucket trucks, rigging systems, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Site clean up and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Assisting climbers and crew members as needed.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during tree work operations.
- Inspect trees for disease or structural issues and recommend appropriate treatments or removals.
- Assist with storm damage response and emergency tree services as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed using manual logs.
Experience
- Proven experience in arboriculture, landscape maintenance, or related horticultural fields.
- Skilled in rigging techniques for safe tree climbing and removal operations.
- Experience operating bucket trucks, bucket operation equipment, chainsaws, chipper’s etc.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Prior experience with tree service and maintenance tasks.

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid G license
- Team player with good communication skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
