Reporting into the Director of Finance, this role will support financial reporting, forecasting, covenant reporting, budgeting, and strategic finance initiatives across a multi-entity environment. The position offers strong exposure to executive leadership, operational finance, and corporate reporting within a fast-paced organization.
Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reporting packages for senior leadership

Support month-end and year-end close activities, including analysis, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning initiatives

Prepare and maintain financial covenant reporting and supporting lender-related analysis

Develop KPI dashboards and operational reporting packages to support executive decision-making

Build and maintain financial models related to business performance, operational initiatives, and strategic projects

Analyze trends, variances, and financial results, providing recommendations and insights to leadership teams

Assist in the preparation of board-level presentations, management reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis

Support cash flow analysis and other corporate finance reporting requirements

Collaborate cross-functionally with operational and finance stakeholders to improve reporting quality and visibility

Support process improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency, controls, and data accuracy

Assist with regulatory, statistical, and compliance-related reporting as required
Qualifications and pre-requisites: -
University or college degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

5 to 7 years of progressive accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A experience

Strong experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets, models, and executive reporting packages

Experience working within ERP and financial reporting systems

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Experience preparing financial covenant reporting or lender reporting considered a strong asset

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment

Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting preferred
