Job Summary – Assembly Supervisor
Nordtek Trailers Inc. is looking for a hands-on, dependable Assembly Supervisor to lead our assembly team at our manufacturing facility in Aylmer, Ontario.
The Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily assembly operations, coordinating workflow, supporting and directing team members, and ensuring trailers are assembled safely, efficiently, and according to Nordtek's quality standards and production requirements.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside the team while also providing clear direction and leadership. The successful candidate should have strong mechanical abilities, good organizational skills, and the ability to identify problems, make decisions, and keep production moving.
This position requires someone who takes ownership of their department, holds employees accountable, communicates effectively with management and other production departments, and maintains a strong focus on quality, productivity, safety, and teamwork.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a manufacturing, trailer, automotive, fabrication, or assembly environment would be an asset.
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
