Your Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our creative team. You’ll manage relationships, oversee campaigns, and ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact point for assigned clients
- Understand each client’s goals and translate them into actionable plans
- Coordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams to meet deadlines
- Monitor project progress and prepare performance updates
- Manage schedules, feedback, and deliverables efficiently
- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
- Spot opportunities for upselling or long-term collaboration
- Maintain high client satisfaction and positive relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in account management, social media, or marketing (internships count)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics
- Positive attitude, strong ownership mindset, and passion for growth

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
