- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional, clear, and efficient customer service—in person, over the phone, and online to our local retail and service customers.
- Parts Management: Accurately source, quote, and supply Genuine Honda parts using cataloguing systems.
- Service Collaboration: Work closely and communicate effectively with our Service Department technicians to ensure efficient repair timelines.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts, while maintaining clean and organized displays.
- Administration: Process invoices, returns, and warranty parts in a timely manner.
- Experience: Previous automotive parts or retail experience is highly preferred. Dealership experience is a strong asset.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory to effectively advise local customers and technicians.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
- OSSD – Ontario Secondary School Diploma/Certificate (or equivalent)
- Systems: Experience with dealership parts cataloguing systems is preferred.
- Readiness: Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and ready to start immediately. We are looking for candidates seeking long-term, stable employment in Thunder Bay.
