We are currently looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Porter / Bellman to join our hospitality team.
As a Porter / Bellman, you will play an important role in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests. You will assist with luggage, escort guests to their rooms, provide information about resort amenities, and help ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for from arrival to departure.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying active, and delivering outstanding guest service in a resort environment.
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and transportation
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain resort amenities, services, and facilities
- Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes when needed
- Provide directions, local recommendations, and general resort information
- Support transportation arrangements, valet coordination, or guest requests when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby areas, entrances, and luggage storage spaces
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Assist with deliveries, packages, and guest belongings safely and efficiently
- Uphold resort standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction
- Previous hospitality, hotel, resort, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Friendly, approachable, and professional personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry luggage safely and comfortably
- Comfortable standing, walking, and being physically active during shifts
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Bilingual skills (English/French) are considered an asset in Toronto
