POSITION SUMMARY
Eastside Collision and Glass is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative.
The successful candidate will act as our first point of contact for customers entering our shop.
This position is responsible for establishing and managing positive customer relationships, along with explaining repair details and costs of estimates or insurance claims with them. The right candidate must be a reliable, hard-working individual who has a high level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently while being focused on overall customer satisfaction and needs.
This position is a full-time, hourly paid position, which enjoys many benefits, such as a Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm schedule, an amazing complement of employee benefits and deferred profit-sharing
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE POSITIONS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a positive and attentive first impression by greeting customers as they walk in or call in over the phone and identifying what services they require.
- Answering phones, and emails and responding to incoming text requests.
- Listening carefully to the customer's needs and concerns.
- Collecting customer and vehicle information.
- Downloading MPI or other insurance company claims.
- Creating work orders/invoices.
- Carefully proofing and pre-closing Repair Orders and invoicing our customer accounts.
- Collecting money owed and signatures.
- Maintaining communication and updating customers throughout their repair process.
- Handling complaints and minor issues.
- Building the best overall customer experience.
- Cultivate and build positive customer feedback and reviews.
- Basic phone & Computer duties.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- Required: Experience using Mitchell Connect.
- Required: Experience using Repair Centre.
- Required: Minimum 2 years in Customer Service in the Automotive Industry.
- Required: Knowledge of MPI claims processing and procedures.
- Required: Knowledge of processing payments.
- Required: Some knowledge of Microsoft Office.
