POSITION SUMMARY

The successful incumbent is responsible for the recruitment, screening and admissions support of domestic and international students to the College. He/she also works with Agents and the Admissions team at LCI Education on behalf of our international student base. This role is specifically focused on recruitment and admissions support of students from LATAM and closely surrounding regions.
Reports to: Director of Admissions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively recruit domestic and international students from LATAM.
- Strong networks in LATAM and understand their needs and culture.
- Hold strong knowledge of college programs.
- Act as an advisor to candidates wishing to enrol in our programs of study;
- Achieve the objectives set for student recruitment;
- Provide information to prospective students about programs offered by phone, email or in person;
- Conduct reminders and ensure personalized follow-up with candidates to facilitate their registration, by updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- Actively participate in school visits, open houses, career fairs, virtual workshops, etc.;
- Promote programs and act as an ambassador to students;
- Collaborate with program managers to evaluate candidates' files according to admission criteria, requirements and quotas;
- Analyze the educational backgrounds, diplomas and experiences of the candidates, and submit the files requiring verification for decision.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a Diploma in Administration, Sales & Marketing, Communication, or Business;
- Minimum of one year of experience in consulting or sales;
- Previous experience in admissions or student recruitment is strongly preferred;
- Background in business development within financial institutions, wealth management, or immigration firms is an advantage;
- Fluency in the Spanish & English is a strong asset.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in computer tools, including MS Office suite;

- Organizational skills and effective management of priorities;
- Proactivity and autonomy in the performance of tasks;
- Represent the College at recruitment events;
- Act as the College's representative to internal and external partners.
