Duties
- Manage and develop existing client accounts by providing personalized insurance solutions
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance needs to recommend appropriate coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with underwriters to secure favorable agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with underwriters, and other team members to ensure seamless account management
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and matching appropriate insurance products
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in administration.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships through effective communication and customer service excellence

Pay: $41,782.91-$78,642.03 per year
