What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in landscaping or hardscaping; Proven experience with: Retaining walls, Interlocking, Stonework; Strong understanding of proper hardscape construction techniques; Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship; Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented; Valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record; Experience operating small to medium-sized machinery is a major asset: Skid steers, Mini excavators, Stone saws, Tampers
