We are seeking dedicated and professional Emergency Medical Responders (EMRs) to join our event medical team. Our EMRs provide on-site medical coverage at sporting events, concerts, festivals, corporate functions, and community events across Ontario.

Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- A valid Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification.
- A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification in good standing.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to event locations.
- Strong patient assessment and emergency medical care skills within the EMR scope of practice.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work flexible, event-based schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
As an Event Medical Responder, you will:
- Provide professional on-site medical standby coverage at a variety of public and private events.
- Assess patients and respond to medical emergencies within the EMR scope of practice.
- Administer appropriate care using equipment such as AEDs, oxygen, airway management devices, and trauma equipment.
- Communicate effectively with event staff, emergency services, and healthcare partners when required.
- Complete accurate and timely patient care reports following all medical incidents.
- Maintain a professional, compassionate, and safety-focused approach while representing CHCPTI
