Job Summary
West Coast Sea to Sky Construction Ltd is a British Columbia-based construction and development company in Vancouver. Our company specializes in significant residential and mixed-use development projects, including multi-unit concrete condos, underground parking structures, and large-scale residential sites across the Lower Mainland and the Sea- to-Sky corridor.
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Excavator Operator to join our construction team.
Duties
- Operate excavators safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Perform trenching, grading, digging, and backfilling
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow site plans, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions
- Work collaboratively with crew members and other trades
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience operating excavators on construction sites
- Valid BC driver’s licence (Class 5 minimum)
- Heavy Equipment Operator certification (asset)
- Ground Disturbance Level II (or equivalent) – preferred
- WHMIS 2015 and Occupational First Aid Level 1 – asset
- Experience working around underground utilities is highly valued
- Ability to read site plans and elevations is an asset

Pay: $26.00-$45.00 per hour
