Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Parcel Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. This role involves safely transporting parcels to various destinations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, and experience with commercial driving and freight handling. Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport parcels to designated locations within assigned routes
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation of shipments
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery status or issues
- Assist with moving freight within warehouses or distribution centers as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during deliveries to ensure safety for yourself and others
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred; a standard driver’s license is required with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to handle moving freight efficiently and safely
- Prior experience in freight or parcel delivery is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
- Physical ability to lift, move, or carry packages as required for deliveries

This is a contract position.
Pay: $150.00-$300.00 per day
