Audio Visual Warehouse Technician
Most warehouse jobs are about moving boxes. At Phase 3 AV, you'll be hands on with the audio, video, lighting, and staging gear behind the corporate events, brand activations, concerts, and fundraisers we power across North America. You'll prep, test, and turn over equipment between shows, keeping our inventory sharp and our gear ready to perform. We're hiring several AV Warehouse Technicians, and we'd love to talk.

What you'll work with
Our North York warehouse stocks premium production equipment across audio, lighting, video, and staging. As a technician on the team, you'll prep, test, and maintain gear that powers major productions across Canada and the United States. We invest seriously in our inventory and expect everyone on the team to take pride in how it's handled.
What you'll do
You're hands on with our gear day to day. Your work includes:
- Preparing and checking in AV orders for events with precision
- Testing equipment and reporting or repairing faulty gear before it ships
- Handling equipment turnover between shows
- Supporting inventory accuracy, monitoring, and quality control
- Operating a reach forklift to move gear around the warehouse
- Helping load and unload trucks, assemble racking, and keep the warehouse organized
You're the person who makes sure every order leaves Phase 3 AV ready to perform.

What you bring
- 1+ year of warehouse or AV experience (AV warehouse experience is a strong plus, not a must)
- Comfortable using rental or inventory management software (Flex Rental Solutions experience is a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
- Capable of carrying up to 50 pounds
Reach forklift experience and a valid driver's license are nice to have but not required. We provide forklift training for the right person.
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
