Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our office. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and proficient with various office software. Experience in seniors housing office environments is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities
- Greet tenants and visitors promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment
- Manage and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry with accuracy into existing programs used currently and other office management systems
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Handle meal and ticket sales
- Create posters, notices, staff schedules
- schedule annual tenant events, and see them through to their completion.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote professionalism
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and filing
- Exceptional customer service abilities combined with professional phone etiquette
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed; proofreading abilities are a plus
