We are currently seeking an experienced Renovation Sales Representative to join our team!
The Renovation Sales Representative is responsible for working with prospects and clients to discuss their design and renovation needs, putting together design and estimate proposals, close sales and work with the homeowners throughout the renovation.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enjoy working within the residential renovation space, selling, networking, and building long lasting customer relationships and knowledgeable within residential renovations.
Key position responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell Bespoke’s suite of design and renovation services
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Generate new customer leads through a variety of sources
- Prepare estimates and close sales
- Develop and execute new ideas for customer acquisition
- Expedite the resolution of any customer issues to maximize customer satisfaction
- Offer superior customer service to cultivate relationships with clients, designers, and architects to develop future business while utilizing effective selling skills
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain products based on customer needs and desires
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the entire renovation process
Requirements
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with strong follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 5 years of renovation / construction industry experience and an overall knowledge of all phases of the estimating, design and renovation processes
- Willing to work on evenings and weekends as needed
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be experienced in renovation sales
- Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office, Email, etc
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Experience with Construction / Renovation Project Management Software
- Detailed orientated
